Contact inquiries
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain contact correspondence for up to two years.
Event registration
If you register for a CPDSE event — such as a ConvergenceTalk — we process your name, email address, and institutional affiliation in order to administer the event. The legal basis is performance of an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We retain registration data for one year after the event.
